The Tagesspiegel Media team is responsible for marketing the print and digital portfolio of the Tagesspiegel and other titles (including the Berliner Morgenpost). The sales operations team supports colleagues in marketing and product management in the areas of customer relationship management (CRM), sales ops, business intelligence, order booking/billing, and reporting.


We create a variety of analyses, develop and optimize marketing processes and ensure that the relevant information is available at the right time.

As a project manager in Sales Operations/CRM, you evaluate requirements and feedback from colleagues in this environment, check the feasibility within the CRM system and connected systems,, and work with the team on the implementation.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible full-time (38.5 hours per week).

These are your main tasks:

  • You drive the standardization and automation of our marketing processes. You will work closely with colleagues from marketing, product management, and CRM/data management to design and implement system-based solutions.
  • You examine our CRM system and develop initiatives and concepts on how we can use our database even better.
  • Together with the CRM team, you will work on optimizing the user interface of our CRM system in order to continuously improve the exchange of knowledge within marketing.
  • The advertising market is dynamic and constantly adapts to customer needs. As a marketer with a wide reach, we are therefore regularly faced with exciting challenges, for example in the areas of new product development or the harmonization of IT systems and processes. You contribute your knowledge to these projects and thus play a key role in shaping marketing development.


What you bring with you:

  • You have a university degree in business, marketing/communications, or a similar field.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar function (e.g. sales support, internal sales, CRM management, or project management).
  • You enjoy working with numbers and have the ability to make decisions based on data.
  • You have an entrepreneurial attitude like to drive things forward, are pragmatic, and take responsibility for your tasks and projects.
  • You have excellent MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Adpoint). Knowledge of analysis tools (e.g. MS-Power BI) is a plus.

You speak fluent German.
