The Samsung Galaxy S23 gets an "exclusive high-frequency version" of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip in Europe - this gives it an advantage over the competition.
Over the past few years, disappointment has probably grown among most people over Samsung's choice to use its own and arguably inferior Exynos chips in the European versions of their flagships instead of Qualcomm's Snapdragon chips.
If you are one of the disappointed, the joy was probably great when Qualcomm itself announced that it is over with Exynos chips in the Galaxy S23 series and that this applies worldwide. Only Snapdragon applies.

The S23 gets a slightly more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 than the competition
That in itself is a joy, but there is more to come. Ice Universe has just revealed that Samsung is putting an exclusive high-frequency version of the newly announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip in the Galaxy S23 phones in Europe. In this way, at least on paper, Samsung gets a slightly more powerful processor than its competitors.
Ice Universe shared what he claims are Geekbench 5 benchmark results, where we see the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra (model number SM-S918B) score 1,504 points in the single-core and 4,580 points in the multi-core test running Android 13 on board.
Those scores are a bit lower than the results we've seen in the past. The prototype in the test had 8GB of RAM, but Samsung is still working on the final version of the new S23 series, so presumably, the performance will be improved until the launch.
Questions about how much difference it makes
The Cortex-X3-based Kryo Prime core can run at 3.36 GHz as opposed to 3.2 GHz in the non-Samsung version of the chip, but the frequency of the other seven cores has not changed.
It's unclear how much of a difference this makes to day-to-day use of the phone, but it's certainly something Samsung can and will certainly brag about when they launch the phone. It is expected that it will be launched at the beginning of 2023, probably during February, when pre-orders will then also be possible.
