We are looking for a: n
- Specialist for media and information services (FaMI) / documentary: in (m/f/d)
- part-time – 30.5 hours/week
- These are your tasks:
- Research in online databases
- Description and indexing of content
- Creation and maintenance of information products
- Content Marketing / Syndication
- Control of data transfers
- Data maintenance in Document Asset Management
- Participation in editorial and archival projects
- Close cooperation with the editors
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in the IUD area, e.g. specialist for media and information services (FaMI), or comparable qualification
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good general knowledge
- Good English knowledge
- Good knowledge of database management (desirable)
- Structured way of working
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and late shifts
- High resilience even under time pressure
- Excellent team skills
- Professional experience in media documentation (desirable)
- Ideally knowledge of markup languages
