Convena Distribution is looking for a student assistant for our marketing department who is passionate about marketing and communication on digital platforms, and who is ready to help carry out our marketing tasks in national and international markets.
Our marketing department is a small team of 3 people who are responsible for marketing the company and the products we sell to our customers in Europe. Our goal is to create the perfect customer journey with good and targeted communication, which creates value for customers and suppliers and contributes to Convena Distribution's continued growth.
Your tasks
As a student assistant, you will work with varying tasks within digital marketing. The primary task for you will be setting up and sending out newsletters, but also setting up SoMe posts and updating content on our website, as well as general communication and branding of the company. Your tasks will include being:
- Production and setting up of content for newsletters, website, and social media in the form of texts
- Setting up graphic material
- Coordination of various translations
- Planning and setting up digital customer journeys in our Marketing Automation system
- Support and perform a wide range of marketing tasks
- Collaboration with skilled colleagues and external partners
- Various ad hoc tasks
Your profile
We are looking for a new colleague who is an initiator and is not afraid to jump into something new. You must be able to independently hold meetings with relevant colleagues from different product teams, and together with them meet deadlines on various releases. We imagine that you:
- Are students in a higher education in marketing or communication
- Passionate about marketing, communication, and digital platforms
- Masters in Danish and English, in writing and speaking
- Is energetic by nature, not afraid to take action, and has the desire and willingness to learn new things
- Has experience with the Office tools Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc
- Easy to learn new digital tools. We work i.a. with Microsoft 365 CRM, HubSpot, Sleeknote, Playable, EPiServer, and others.
